Did you spend more time reading about the riots in London than reading about the royal wedding?

I glanced through the online news content – I don’t have a TV, but couldn’t quite stomach the images of destruction, rage and horrors coming up in my mind as I read through the words.

Are you feeling it, too? There is so much pains in the world today, this earthly world. (There are other worlds not in our immediate conscious – those we will not discuss in today’s blog.) We are in a transition. Sometimes, this transition feels too long and too slow. The hurricanes and tornadoes, earthquakes, wars all signal, not the end of the world, but rather a serious transformation we’ve stepped into.

The cultural condition (and other reasons) that dictated the suppression of individual’s free will and connection to the Truth, True Love, Gaia, the Divine over hundreds of thousands of years have led to pains and sufferings of our souls. Our collective unconsciousness have now come to this moment where our longing for liberation, in its unaware form, resort to violence, and Nature reacts to that, too.

This is the time calling for healing. Not by getting the meds, drugs, addictions, but by reconnecting ourselves with our souls and spirits. We could start by being kind to ourselves. Our hearts will respond to our self love. When our own heart feels a drop of gentleness & love, as if these were drops of water in the vast dessert of pains, it would start to open. The openness will make it easier to recognize and accept the love from the Universe. From there, true healing happens.

Healing is back to balance and harmony. Harmony of our body, spirit and mind (thoughts & emotions).

A person is an integral whole of the physiological, spiritual & mental aspects. Diseases are but manifestation of the imbalances somewhere in the system. Since our cells & physiological functions react to our thoughts & emotions, our thoughts & emotions, that is, our mind really, dictates our health.

Most of time, we’re not aware of how our mind – when not intentionally connected to our True Essence, our brilliant Soul – could contribute to the illnesses causing so much suffering to ourselves & others around us. Well, we didn’t “learn” such information that mind-body-spirit is a whole. We had been getting biased, filtered information. But when you first heard of mind-body-spirit connection, it sounded true right? It struck a cord deep inside that knew the truth.

Healing, is the return to total & complete health, the state of well-being, which was how we were created.

Even with never-ending tasks lined up for the day, could you:

1. Take 5 deep, lung-expanding and diaphragm-expanding breaths. Just at where you are, on the chair, standing by the window, or at a sound-bite break of the conference call;

Time: 3 minutes.

2. An indulgence, or a snack treat for yourself. It could be a “healthy” treat like fresh fruit that is organic, succulent, simply delicious. It’s OK though if you’re craving sweets. Just today!

Time: 5 minutes

3. Take off 5 minutes earlier from work and then get a longer shower or bath at end of the day to relax. This would feed your heart (joy), mind (relaxation) & soul (bliss)!

Our DNA emits light. Although the light is not in the frequencies visible for human eyes, we are, essentially, light bodies!

In the 1970s, a frontier scientist, Fritz Popp conducted a series of experiment to confirm the phenomenon. But over the following 4 decades, how much have we heard about such discoveries that our cells are light and we are light? Not much, since our main source of news have been the mass media, which is more about sensational news than the “truth” of life. According to Fritz Popp, there is a light in the body responsible for photorepair of the cells. The reason a compound causes cancer is because it permanently blocks this light and scrambles it, so photorepair can’t work anymore.

The Reconnective Healing works because the frequencies introduce LIGHT, energy & information into our cells, re-connect DNA strands thus achieves healing. What Really Happens with Healing

Healing really should be, and could be instant, as well as natural. All it takes is our intention.

We have, however, created mental blockages with fears, thoughts, worries, over analysis, and also letting our past experiences (of not healing) get in the way. This is true for holistic healing or natural healing methods as well as the conventional medical treatment.

Therefore, to experience healing, the followings are required:

1. You “want” healing – active desire. You are consciously aware and know you want the healing. You may have sought & tried many treatments and solutions to the health issue.

2. You are “ready” for the healing – surrender, passive desire. The whole you is ready, SOUL and MIND, which affect the BODY’s healing. The readiness is deep down in the unconscious, subconscious level. This deeper level of you needs to be ready for the healing, too. There are instances that the person subconsciously remains ill, in order to punish people in their life who did wrong to them, or punish themselves for being a certain way in life situations, or the “benefit” of having disability pays or other reasons.

Although non-conscious, these reasons may hold the person back from allowing the healing to occur.
